I wish I could give this gym zero stars. The gym itself is decent and the customer service was good. However, I was told when I signed up that there were no cancellation fees and I could cancel any time. I asked repeatedly about this because I wasn't sure if I would like it, once I opened. I went to the gym once, didn't like it and never returned. Now, 7 months later, I am being forced to pa for a year for a membership that I will not be using.
