Signed up for their free 3 day trial. Never heard from them. Why advertise for a trial and not get back to prospective clients?

Since you guys wanna put prices up randomly how bout you put a security cause we got idiots stealing shit from the gym is getting out of control I lost my all black hand made bracelet with white and silver and rose gold circle balls I can't find it I'm sick of this shit you guys got some shitty employee ethic now someone in there got my belonging could be an employee or a member

DO NOT JOIN!!! If I can save one person from my mistake then maybe some good karma will come my way. They have way oversold on memberships here, it is IMPOSSIBLE to work out and you will be trapped in a contract. DON'T DO IT!!!

Straight up scam, they never explain all the fees and details when signing you up. Do not trust Daniel sales manager and GM Naomi. They do NOTHING for customer satisfaction

do not sign up their the biggest scammers ever they sale you one thing and it turns to another lets not talk about all the crazy club fee, annual fees, or an every year you stay with them your monthly payments goes up and people watch your contract because these people will keep charging you every year without you giving them authorization, but since we signed a contract we never read trough because they kind highlight what's on their favor. and lets mot talk how unprofessional is the manager and sales man in this location..... read more

Terrible!!!!! unprofessional staff giving false info when it comes to your billing cycle. if you want to cancel, they'll give you the run around and stillll charge your account and when you tTy to get your money back that they in fact owe, they refuse!!! s pain I. the ass to cancel want to know why!!!! stay away from this place!! a bunch of clowns

avoid this place and naomi saza supervisor rude to customer doesn't know how to handle difficult situations being a supervisor.

What I don't understand is why the GM is still here, The majority of the complaints are clearly with Naomi GM.

Our clubs all adhere to maximum capacity guidelines. However, we can certainly appreciate how it is not always ideal to workout at the peak times. We would suggest that you try one of our group fitness classes. All classes require a reservation to attend and therefore you are assured to have more than enough equipement and space.
