avoid this place and naomi saza supervisor rude to customer doesn't know how to handle difficult situations being a supervisor.

What I don't understand is why the GM is still here, The majority of the complaints are clearly with Naomi GM.

Our clubs all adhere to maximum capacity guidelines. However, we can certainly appreciate how it is not always ideal to workout at the peak times. We would suggest that you try one of our group fitness classes. All classes require a reservation to attend and therefore you are assured to have more than enough equipement and space.

Toilet Bowl of a Gym, don't recommend this place, my wallet was stolen from my car in their parking lot and they wouldn't release the video to the police! Absolutely disgusting!

I filled out a seven day free trial for this gym. Upon arrival they asked for an ID. As I gave them my drivers license to prove who I am they said that they will keep this for the seven days during the trial. I smiled, chuckled a little bit and walked out scratching my head. Are you kidding? Keeping my legal ID? Really?

Came here for the first time today to inquire about a seven day pass and membership and left after less than 5 minutes because the staff was so immediately condescending and rude that it gave me whiplash. I would suggest to whoever is in charge that they invest in some customer service and hospitality training because I've never gotten such bad customer service anywhere before. (And from the "GM" no less) "Oof" is how I would sum up my experience there.

came in to the club today fully prepared to commit to full membership for me and my partner. Received the rudest welcoming I think I have ever had in my 25 years of not only going to gyms but teaching yoga/spin in gyms. Walked in in great spirits and was very positive and kind to staff who immediately met that with indifference. Specifically Naomi the "gm" who I made sure to get her name as I left. This place is actually awful. Let's put aside the fact that unqualified people are giving nutrition and workout advice. When I tried to pause my subscription because I injured my knee, a man named Byron answered my email telling me that I should send them a doctor's report. I told him that I didn't have health insurance, and he said that it was needed and that I would need to continue to pay. I called recently to put in a request to not renew my membership in accordance to what I was told the last time I went in and that was to call into cancel one month before my membership would be scheduled for renewal. I did call and was directed to ABC financial. My experience with customer service was absolutely horrible and very misleading.
