do not sign up their the biggest scammers ever they sale you one thing and it turns to another lets not talk about all the crazy club fee, annual fees, or an every year you stay with them your monthly payments goes up and people watch your contract because these people will keep charging you every year without you giving them authorization, but since we signed a contract we never read trough because they kind highlight what's on their favor. and lets mot talk how unprofessional is the manager and sales man in this location..... read more

Terrible!!!!! unprofessional staff giving false info when it comes to your billing cycle. if you want to cancel, they'll give you the run around and stillll charge your account and when you tTy to get your money back that they in fact owe, they refuse!!! s pain I. the ass to cancel want to know why!!!! stay away from this place!! a bunch of clowns

avoid this place and naomi saza supervisor rude to customer doesn't know how to handle difficult situations being a supervisor.

What I don't understand is why the GM is still here, The majority of the complaints are clearly with Naomi GM.

Hi Jeana, if you have concerns we do encourage you to reach out to us directly at edgecares@theedgefitnessclubs.com where we can guarantee you will get a response within 2-3 business days. Our clubs all adhere to maximum capacity guidelines. However, we can certainly appreciate how it is not always ideal to workout at the peak times. We would suggest that you try one of our group fitness classes. All classes require a reservation to attend and therefore you are assured to have more than enough equipement and space.
Toilet Bowl of a Gym, don't recommend this place, my wallet was stolen from my car in their parking lot and they wouldn't release the video to the police! Absolutely disgusting!

I filled out a seven day free trial for this gym. Upon arrival they asked for an ID. As I gave them my drivers license to prove who I am they said that they will keep this for the seven days during the trial. I smiled, chuckled a little bit and walked out scratching my head. Are you kidding? Keeping my legal ID? Really?

Came here for the first time today to inquire about a seven day pass and membership and left after less than 5 minutes because the staff was so immediately condescending and rude that it gave me whiplash. I would suggest to whoever is in charge that they invest in some customer service and hospitality training because I've never gotten such bad customer service anywhere before. (And from the "GM" no less) "Oof" is how I would sum up my experience there.

came in to the club today fully prepared to commit to full membership for me and my partner. Received the rudest welcoming I think I have ever had in my 25 years of not only going to gyms but teaching yoga/spin in gyms. Walked in in great spirits and was very positive and kind to staff who immediately met that with indifference. Specifically Naomi the "gm" who I made sure to get her name as I left.
