Took my son in on Monday and was diagnosed with the flu. I then took him back on Friday because his ears were infected due to having the flu and was charged full fee for a separate visit. Seems to me that if you are going in because of complications of an illness that you were just diagnosed with you should be billed accordingly.

I went in to the Emergency Clinic Friday morning with lower abdominal right side pain. After waiting and going through blood, urine, and CT tests/scans we finally got back results. They showed us the reports and it showed the start of appendicitis. Instead of sending me to the emergency room they sent us home with a prescription for laxatives, as the pain was probably from constipation. Thankfully we ended up going to the emergency room undergoing surgery a couple hours later.

I assumed an ER would have all equipment necessary- I have to go to the dr again to get what is needed- steroid shot never kicked in for pain- need to know if it’s a rotator cuff issue of an actual pinched nerve-

Went in for a inside lip laceration and was told nothing could be done. However the doctor said that if it gets worse to come back. Lip got worse so went in the following morning and was told again that the doctor couldn’t do anything for me. My lip had gotten swollen and whitish/yellowish in color. Receptionist said there was nothing the doctor would do. So I left.

My return visit to your Emergency Room Hospital on 10/21, 2022, I was attended by your Physician Dr Joseph. It is nothing but praise and thankfulness to Dr Joseph in his effort to find what was the root problem to my initial visit, after I asked to have my catheter removed. He saw that it was not my bladder causing the problem but my impacted intestines that could be the major problem.
