RecommendedA friend of mine moved in the Falls Apartments in December and she hasn't stopped talking about it. I've gone to visit her a number of times and her apartment is very nice. The staff always seems to be having fun and they seem to care about the residents. They're always asking her about her pets and her job. They hold so many events for their residents that I'm considering moving into those apartments myself. Not only do they care, but they're reasonably priced as well.

RecommendedI enjoy living at the The Falls Apartments. The staff is great! They really want the people who live here to be happy. The maintenance crew came in on the weekend to shovel off snow. I love not having to go outside to get my mail or packages. Wine down Wednesday is a great way to meet my neighbors. Even if I don't drink.

I moved into the Falls about 4 months ago! I really love it here so far. My apartment has been great and they are priced really well for the area. I can't wait to use the pool area this summer and I love the gym. The people downstairs in the office are always able to help me with anything. This place definitely feels like home and I am really glad I chose to live here. I would definitely recommend The Falls to anyone! :)
I've only lived here a little over a year, but tbh, most of the complaints on here are just kind of basic complaints that come with living in an apartment complex. I've never really had any issue with parking, sans a few times I got home really late and everyone had already beaten me back home and to bed. I see a lot of people saying that you can get "better" results at other locations for the same price, but I've lived in numerous complexes, houses, and all over the city, and that's so far from the truth.
