Loved the atmosphere. I dont believe I was given their best effort. I was served lukewarm burnt biscuits and cold eggs.

Our server was Max and he was excellent! He was informative and attentive. He took care to explain the menu & make suggestions. We appreciate how he made everything special for my birthday celebration!

Made a reservation for Mother's Day Brunch a month in advance and all confirmations were completed. On our way to the restaurant, I received a message that our reservation had been moved up by 15 minutes. So how does that work, another party came in without a reservation and we got bumped? When we arrived, we were seated upstairs. The brunch is downstairs. So we had to walk up and down the stairs throughout our meal to get some very mediocre brunch food.

Katherine was wonderful, and knowledgeable about the menu! Atmosphere was 10/10, cool decor, love the big windows, and the food was fantastic. Great vibes all around, will definitely be back 😁

For our second time in a row our server was Kat — lucky for us. She is delightful, knowledgeable, and quick. On this occasion we were at The Fountain Room for their Mother’s Day buffet brunch, which we were informed is one of only two days each year they serve a buffet. The food was first rate—all high quality. It’s a bit expensive but very well done and we recommend it.

Summary- food was delicious, but cold. Food was cooked to perfection but cold by the time it got to us. Service was top notch once they figured out who our server was. First time dining at the Fountain Room. Lovely restaurant, I liked the ambiance. We had a reservation, so were seated quickly with a window seat. I think there was confusion or lack of staff bc we waited for a very long time before we were served water and greeted by our server.
