I went to their showroom to discuss what I needed and to pick out the right color to replace the inside door handle on my front door. Trey was very patient and polite. I ordered the handle and they said they would call to schedule the installation when it came in. Trey called to schedule the appointment after it arrived early. Victor called before he left the shop to let me know that he'd be here in about 20 minutes. He arrived promptly and installed the new inside handle and locking mechanism. Fixed front door |Excellent job
It was good. The Front Door Company refinished my door.
They replaced cracked glass pieces in our paneled front door. It took two visits, as they had to custom-make the curved pieces. The new pieces blend in perfectly with the existing ones.
Everything from picking the door, interacting with the staff and the installation went perfectly. Got a new front door from them a few years back. Although I thought it was a little pricey, they delivered and installed a beautiful door that we are still enjoying years later. Literally, every time I walk up to my door I think to myself "what a beautiful door" :-) As a result, the price looks like a bargain today. Great selection, friendly staff and quality workmanship.
