The community has been neglected and is not being maintained to the standards of “luxury apartments.” Trash has been accumulating everywhere (e.g., food scraps, broken glass, cans, bottles, paper products, dog poop). Save your money and move else where. If you’re looking for an apartment home that actually cares about your residency and tends to you, I would highly recommend looking elsewhere. I’ve been a resident here for 2 years and nothing is wrong with the apartment unit itself, but the community and management is something I would steer clear of. Just don’t Please do not get tricked into moving here. I am counting down the days until my move out. Does 3 management companies in under 3 years sound good to you? I wake up to 4 or 5 cop cars having to circle the building to look for people way too often. There’s so much crime and nastiness. You can do better for so much less.
DO NOT LEASE HERE! This morning we woke up to one of our cars broken into! Lots of expensive equipment was stolen out of our work van! They make you park so far away from your apartment building that it's ridiculous! Parking is terrible here and now we are paying the consequences - theft and vandalism to/from our cars! Do not live here Let me start by saying that I was really excited to live in these apartments. Unfortunately, ever since the very first day I moved in here these apartments have been terrible. The first days when I moved in here the apartment was not move in ready and I slept in an apartment full of construction dust. smells like weed Pretty apartments. Beautiful community room. Maintenance always comes when called. No bug infestation at all. People aren’t so good with picking up after their pets and there’s a consistent smell of weed. The ventilations aren’t good so that smell constantly leaks into your apartment.
