I am extremely grateful to the Grange care home for the wonderful care and support they have provided my mother. From the moment she arrived, the staff have been kind, compassionate and attentive to her individual needs. Throughout my friend's stay the staff showed care, compassion, respect and professionalism not only towards the resident but also to friends and visitors. Their support was invaluable when presented with challenging situations for friends and family. They are flexible and willing to look at different options /solutions for each individual. I'm very pleased we chose this care home for our friend to move to in order she had the support she needed whist maintaining as much independence as possible.

Making the move for my mother was not an easy one, but we are very pleased with our choice. Staff are very helpful. They get to know the individual and treat them as such. Couldn't ask for more. Needs seem to be very well met, concerns are communicated appropriately and staff always have a moment to bring you up to date. Thank you to all.

My father has now been in The Grange for nearly 3 years and even though at times his been a difficult character the staff have always taken his care very seriously and we could not have asked for more

Very caring compassionate staff across the spectrum of jobs at the carehome. Everyone is ready with a smile & some chat. Carers are polite knowledgeable and reassuring to both residents & visitors. No request is ever felt to be too much. Concerns are followed through on and answers provided. The food is very good & offers a good choice and flexible eating. Rooms are always clean. I feel very lucky that my Mum is looked after so well and I can go back to being a daughter and not carer & daughter.

As someone visiting a friend at The Grange I can't recommend the home more highly. The decor is beautiful and the home has a lovely ambience, with a terrace garden and excellent food. Our friend was very happy there from the start after leaving her own home, had a lovely room, and enjoyed the activities and socialising. She quickly made friends with other residents. From the onset communication with the home manager has been excellent. My father has started a respite period with a view to become a full-time resident... All staff have been very accomodating, attentive and delivering their services with a smile.. the accomadation is of a high standard and the food is excellent.

Dad went to The Grange reluctantly after losing my mum earlier this yr. He was first assessed at our house by the genuinely kind & caring home manager, who leads a wonderful team of compassionate, kind, caring, professionals; from the carers, to the cleaners, the maintenance man, kitchen staff, activities staff, receptionists & admin.
