From the initial enquiry to date, we have been so impressed with the reassurance, kindness and professionalism we have been shown. Every communication has been responded to swiftly and we are kept informed well. Most importantly, our mum has continually told us how well she is being looked after and how kind everyone is. We love seeing the activities on Facebook - she always looks very glamorous with her regular hairdos! Thank you all!

All the team at The Grange are without fail welcoming, warm and so helpful. Despite being affected by the staffing issues the industry is facing as a whole, they all work so hard to look after the residents. My grandmother was in a different home previously and since moving to The Grange, we have seen such an improvement in her mental state, her mood and her enjoyment of life. My Dad was one of the original, first residents to join The Grange from April 2020. What started as respite, at a really difficult time, became long term residency for Dad as he was so happy and so well cared for there. He always adored good food and the quality of what he received there was excellent. His room and surroundings we immaculate and we so appreciated seeing him so content there.

Mum has been a resident since last November, and I cannot tell you the peace of mind it has given me knowing she is safe and well cared for, especially in these trying times. The staff are always there to help the residents and relatives, and there are always activities to keep the resident's minds and bodies active. Mum says the food is always lovely, and nothing is too much trouble for the staff. Thank you all, and can't wait to try the Bar once reopened!

My wife has been resident in The Grange Care Home since 30th November 2020 and from the very beginning, been welcomed and well-cared for. She is very happy, and we have been able to speak and see her on FaceTime every day and visit her once every week during the lockdown. I have the highest regard for all the staff at The Grange.

Making the decision to place Mum in a care home was the hardest thing we have ever had to do. Her live-in carer could no longer provide the care Mum needed as her Alzheimer’s progressed. We looked at many homes before finding The Grange and knew the moment we visited that this would be Mum’s new home. My 82-year-old Mum recently had a 3-week respite stay at The Grange following a fall at her own home where she broke both her wrists. The Grange was amazing, both in Mum's immediate physical needs and her mental well being during a stay in a period where she could have limited family visitors due to the pandemic. If you are looking to place a relative in a care home, it's a huge step - but I can wholeheartedly state that the decision my sister and I took re The Grange was the best one ever, you won't regret it. Awesome place and staff - seriously, look no further!
