I placed an order through my kids' school team shop. I received a sweatshirt that appears defective and to be made incorrectly. I emailed them explaining the problem and asked for an exchange or return. They said they don't accept returns because "I didn't like the fit." I'm stuck with an expensive item that I could almost fly in and am unable to wear. I never heard of a company not standing behind the quality of their products. I will not be ordering again.

Hi Crystal, Once items are printed we are not able to take back as they have a logo on them unless the item is defective in someway. If you want to give me the part number and size I can get you the dimensions. If the dimensions are way off then we can look into replacement, but if the measurements are the same then we will not be able to take the return. we ordered hoodies for our whole ball team for Christmas and sent us the wrong sizes we called and talked to them and they said oh it must have been a glitch in the system then we talk to the sales rep and he says nope your fault we wont take them back! two teams ordered from this place and they wont work on getting this problem resolved never again will I order anything from them BEWARE IF YOU ORDER IT AND YOU DONT LIKE IT OR THEY SEND YOU YHE WRONG SIZE THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOU OR FIX THE ISSUE
