Before you hire second shift make sure you tell them that your closing down second shift I got hired and not even 3 weeks later they made up an excuse and fired me come to find out from at least 10 people they are closing down second shift.
We were suppose to have same items as last yesr and we didnt have the same. Also we had 4 hoodies with out logos and 1 missing hoodie all together, almost 2 weeks and still missing 1 hoodie. Was told site would be up and going in a couple days and it eneded up being over a week. Customer Service was very friendly though.

They don’t back up their 100% guarantee. I contacted them about an order I placed, and was told there’s “nothing they can do about it.” I’d be hesitant to use in the future.

I still have not received items I purchased for my daughter in November, 2018. She went the entire season without a show choir t-shirt or jacket. I have tried emailing and talking with 4 different representatives and nobody has helped me. We are out $69. I hope Bettendorf High School does not renew their contract with this company.

Ordered Sherpa's. $3,000 worth. Ordered them at the beginning of November. They told us just put the order in and should be ready by March. Perfect, Sherpa's for the spring and summer. Company could not fix the issue. Put the same order into a local company they had the order filled in 2 weeks ready for pick up.
Really rough experience my second time around, ordered a product for Christmas on November 9th. Product arrived on December 20th leaving us with no time to embroider. Rude responses through email. Today another payment was processed through my account for this same transaction 🤣

I do apologize if you were not notified. 50% of your order was ran when the order was placed as we require that deposit and the remaining balance, plus shipping gets charged when it is shipped and we get the invoice from our subcontractor. I have had so many things go wrong with my order and had a terrible experience with The Graphic Edge! I placed an order over the phone: informing my sales consultant that I LIVE IN LAS VEGAS and will pick up my shirts from the location here due to an upcoming event I need the shirts for. She had it made in The IOWA branch and had scheduled it for pick up. So I had talked to another representative to have it shipped to my house. Absolutely lazy customer service. Their rep, Kayla Girard, didn't even bother to help me find a specific style of hat I was looking for (I gave her the specs). She just sent me a link to the catalog. Geez, why didn't I think of that?
