I will never do business with them again. We had two separate teams use them for spirit wear and each experience was awful. Their graphics art department changed our logo for the items that were embroidered for some reason. Why would you change the logo a customer sent you? Silkscreen items came out fine. All we got for explanation was "it was approved" For the backpack, their flyer clearly showed a grey backpack. It came out forrest green. Be forwarned. They will not assist you in any if any problems with your order. We should have gone local with our small school order - a buisness that might have actually cared about order problems on behalf of schoolkids.

I was interested in ordering team shooting shirts from this company, however my initial customer service experience was disappointing. This completely turned me off and I decided to shop elsewhere.

Probably one of the most disappointing customer service experiences I have ever had. I am good for four - five orders a year, am not one to complain (normally) and pay on time. I am not the biggest customers, but I am a growing business. My whole order was a mess, but I could have looked past it all if not for what happened today. I found out a part of my order was delayed three weeks to a customer of mine. I was never notified by anyone here and found out through an invoice in the mail. Working with this company has been the worst experience ever. I was told the turn around time is 2 1/2 weeks and let's just say this order took over a month. Placed an order for 17 football/cheerleading coach shirts. Received an email that the embroidery department screwed up and used the wrong color text on all my polos. At this point, I was in desperate need of the shirts so I said just leave it because I didn't have time for them to reorder shirts (I'm sure that would've delayed it by another 2 weeks). Screw ups and misspellings on local school (Poultney) related uniforms that had to pass 1) art department, 2) printers, and 3) packers. Where the hell is the quality control?

Terrible! After 4 attempts to spell our name correctly, the spelling was given numerous times in email, they NEVER spelled it correctly. And nobody even cares! I hope this company understands that their actions have left my son the only one on the team without a team pullover. Someone in your company should understand the way this can make a child feel.
