From what I have experienced so far. They divide your family so that certain family members are not able to talk with their loved one's. They say they have your best interest at heart, but wait till you can no longer speak to your mother. I am 48 years old. I believe my mother is not receiving the care she needs. If you don't agree with their program they cut you off with contact from your loved one. I think that they can take better care of the people there. I don't think very highly of them because my father passed away after being there for a month.
