Jim and his wife Chanda are so wonderful to work with. Jim, from the beginning, laid everything out for us and answered all our questions in a very detailed manner. Anytime we had a question, one of them would get back to us ASAP, and it was usually fast. Any hiccup that came along- Jim made sure to find a solution.
