This was the best home buying experience I have ever had ( this was my 5th home purchase). Jim gave a detailed list of information he needed and he handled everything from there and explained everything to me along the way. I had absolutely no stress and he was ready to close earlier then expected. Everyone in his office was so friendly and nice. We've worked with Jim three times now; the purchase of two homes and the refinancing of the first home. In every situation Jim clearly explained our options and made the best recommendations. Jim is very patient puts no pressure on his clients. Jim is kind and trustworthy and I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or refinance their home.
I wanted to keep my 2nd mortgage line of credit due to having kids in college. I was not comfortable closing this out and then reapply. Jim found me a lender who was willing to work with my situation and keep my line of credit open. Could not have been more pleased.
