I was in contract with another company (NOT JIM'S), and they screwed me over. I did all of this work, and they said they couldn't underwrite a 3-unit deal... even though they knew all of this information. Well, I was in my last night before I needed to have a confirmed lender, and I got Jim's number at 9:00pm on a Tuesday, and he answered, was super nice, ran the numbers, and got me an answer by 10:00pm. I would recommend Jim to anyone looking for a mortgage. Completing a mortgage loan is stressful enough as it is, and Jim helped us with his vast experience and detailed but easy to understand description of what needed to get done. Jim went above and beyond to make sure we completely understood, and were comfortable with every last detail of our recent refinancing. It's not often that I get to do business with somebody who I feel is really looking out for my best interests, but that's exactly how I felt while working with Jim. I won't hesitate to do business with him again in the future for any of my mortgage needs.

I have used Jim for 2 purchases and a refinance. He explained step by step how the process would work. He explained what each fee was for..... you walk away feeling like Jim has answered any questions you had. He also explains things you may not have known to ask about. Jim will have your back. He will do what is best for your situation.

We had some issues that were on my end. The lender and everyone involved really worked hard to help me get my loan and the great house that I live in. Jim and his team never gave up and I'm very thankful for all the help

Jim provided me with excellent assistance on two separate occasions (including a home loan and a refinance). He explained things clearly to be sure I understood all aspects of the process. He kept me informed and updated me regularly. His knowledge and preparation was evident throughout. I hesitate to make recommendations to my friends, but in Jim's case I am pleased to pass along his name as I know that he will provide them the same great service he provided to me.

Jim did an excellent & thorough job in all aspects throughout the entire process. He explained the process in a manner that was easy to understand as an inexperienced buyer. I am now living in my own beautiful home. I would highly recommend Jim to anyone seeking a home loan.
