Jim and Chanda are incredible! This was my first time buying a home, and Jim made the process so easy. I shopped around for quotes, and Jim was able to provide the best. I always do business with people or companies who are easy to do business with, and do what they say they will do. My recent refinance was another positive experience. Jim will continue to be my go to person for mortgage needs.

I worked with Jim and Chanda through American Mortgage. They worked very hard looked at several loan types to see what fit my need at the best rate. They were always quick to answer my questions. Being a first time home buyer, I must have talked to around 8 different loan officers before deciding to work with Jim. From our first meeting, he was very patient and went over each step of the home loan process in detail with me. Jim is excellent with numbers and can talk for hours about how they work in the context of home loans. He never made me feel like I was asking too many questions even though at times I probably was.
