Visited during The R&B experience. Taylor (hostess) and Joshua (The DJ) were great.. The bartender (don’t remember her name) was phenomenal.. the male server was subpar. We were celebrating my husband’s birthday and he just was Not attentive enough. He served us luke warm food because he just wasn’t attentive. He seemed focused on preparing the to-go/DoorDash orders.. Each time I ordered drinks, I had to get them myself.. Other than that, everything was great..
I took my daughter for her birthday 🎂 They surprise her the staff and food was great.
Great food, smaller portions of some items. Good music and good vibes. Service could have been a little better no refills were offered.
This was an amazing experience. The vibes the food was perfect for a date night! The lamb chops were cooked to perfection and the cocktails were delicious. Our waiter Chi did wonderful with our service. She was kind and sweet and attentive to our requests. Everything about the Icon was excellent.
I made a reservation in January for February 14th for a party of 7. However, upon arrival, I was surprised to find a set Valentine's Day menu that I wasn't aware of. The manager came to our table, and when I asked about the menu, she explained it was posted on the website in February. I felt we should have been informed about the $59.99 per person price tag, as we wanted to order from the regular menu. I ordered the ox tail and grits, Mimosa tower & appetizers : salmon bites & crawfish hushpuppies. My guest ordered the lamb chop and grits. Both were very good as far as flavor, temperature & portions. Our server, my apologies I cannot remember her name (in very late completing the review 1-12-25) but I think she said is from Louisiana. This was a great atmosphere, food was really good, I was a little disappointed that I didn't get my oxtails because of the Valentine's Day menu, but still had a great time will come again.
Second time at this place, love it the vibe is everything!
Excellent restaurant. I suggest everyone at least try it. You will not be disappointed. Oxtails with coconut rice was delicious. My husband ordered the Curry Goat, it was delicious.
