Food is always good but lacking in service and cleanliness.
First time there for NYE. Loved the ambiance and decor. Our table was ready even with a later reservation. Grown and sexy crowd vibe which was appreciated. Prompt service and we really weren't hungry after having dinner somewhere else BUT had an appetizer which was good. Drinks were on point and definitely will return to try more fare. Had an amzing time where celebrating my birthday. The staff was amazing and made sure my experience here was nothing less than great. Brunch was really good and I look forward to coming back for dinner soon.
My friends and I came to Icon Restaurant for Sunday brunch to celebrate my birthday, and it was an amazing experience! Our server, Brenda, was outstanding and went above and beyond—she even had the DJ give me a birthday shout-out and the staff surprised me with free cheesecake and a signed birthday card, which was so thoughtful. Excellent food and entertainment. Great energy and atmosphere.
Food was good, I ended up getting the curry goat. Service was a bit slow due to large groups and few servers but all and all a good experience. Went on a Tuesday which is their R&B night. Nice crowd and music. The MC was great at getting the crowd involved and the DJ was excellent.
Overall great experience! ❤️ I searched for a place that didn’t have a club scene or club vibe and played club music and I found it here at Icon. When arriving my party did have to wait almost 30 minutes to be seated for my birthday reservation. This was disappointing, but I appreciated the manager coming over to apologize.
