The Icon is a hidden gem in Richardson. From the aesthetics of the place to the cocktails and of course the food, everything is on point! Service is great and the servers are very attentive. Ms Jay Bennett was performing and she was a whole vibe from start to finish. Her pure naturally raspy and sultry voice was everything and definitely was the cherry on top to the already cozy, grown and sexy vibe that is Icon. TK was great along with her trainee and the food was Amazing
We tried the oxtails and cat fish with grits as well as the salmon bites!! They were good. The music was very loud so we could not hear each other speak. But other than that. Nice experience!!
I had a great experience at Icon Restaurant. We had virtually no wait time and were seated right away. The ambiance was really nice, and the service was prompt and professional — our waitress and servers checked on us quickly and made sure we were taken care of. The food came out in about 10–15 minutes and was absolutely delicious. Booked for Valentine’s Day. Ambience, food, service, and live music with the saxophonist was excellent. They even had the staff handing out roses on the walk in.
The Customer Service Experience was great and the food was delicious
I loved it! I really enjoyed myself and birthday! The host and waiters was very respectfully and polite.
