We found an ad in our local newspaper for Carolina Home Improvement and filled out a form for someone to contact us, which they did in a timely manner. We had them do a new roof and new windows on our home. The crews that did both were very professional and efficient. The roof was done in 2 days and the mess was cleaned up before they left. I hired these guys to do both windows as well as siding had to make a few changes during the installation but they were able to get it done and done right!!! I'm very pleased with the job they have done they are very reliable if they were running behind they would let me know instead of wasting my time waiting on them to so up I will use them again in the future if I need to chuck
I called Carolina Improvements in hopes that I could get a metal roof on my home, unfortunately, my roof was too steep. However, the kind associates with Carolina Improvements found a nice shingle that had the same warranty as a metal roof. The install team came out and had the work done in just two days and cleaned up very nicely after themselves. Carolina Home Improvements have been great. The service members that came out and done the physical work on the roof and windows went above and beyond. I had a deadline to meet for my home insurance and they done everything needed to meet the deadline. They were all great people and provided great service. I will definitely call them again for my next home improvement project.
CAROLINA IMPROVEMENTS provided an incredible experience throughtout our window installation. Rather than taking a chance with fly by the night business, we gladly reviewed all the business certifications and licensing documentation.
