I had a metal roof installed on a house my wife and I just purchased. Starting with a great deal up front and all the way to the end everyone was fantastic. We recently had a roof leak and I contacted Carolina Improvements for a quote. They responded quickly with an appointment and after an estimate I accepted their bid. They placed the order and kept us informed as to when the materials where being available as we had chosen a certain color metal roof. I have never had a better experience with a company. The customer service from the young lady who answered the phone, the gentleman who came to our home and Bobby who was my contact, everything went just as planned. The contractor who installed the windows did an absolutely beautiful job. I am so thrilled with these windows.
