Verified Renter I love the apartment. The 1 bed/1 bath apartment is super cute and very functional with plenty of space. The finishes are nice and modern and easy to keep clean. The gym is also great and has all the equipment needed for a full workout. No matter where you are in the building the balcony is a great addition and great for sunbathing, reading and enjoying a drink.

Verified Renter Finding an apartment in a good location to commute to Baltimore was tough. I wanted a good area but also not a long drive. Thus, Annapolis! The James stood out due to its hotel-style living and competitive rents. Also the concrete structure is so much better than a wood one in terms of noise.
