Verified Renter The James is a great place to live. Location is perfect (near highways, grocery, downtown annapolis), the residents are friendly and helpful and the apartments are just lovely. We love our balcony and the open lighting space. We are very happy living here !

Great so far! I have only been here about a month, but my experience has been great so far. I looked extensively around Annapolis, and The James seems to me to be the best all around for the money. The units and amenities are very nice and very well maintained, and the office staff is all super friendly and extremely helpful. Coming from a single family house, I wasn't sure what to expect noise wise, but I the building is very quiet. All the residents I have met have been super friendly as well. Verified Renter If you are looking for an apartment rental, you should strongly consider The James. The apartments and the common areas are all very well appointed and well maintained which makes living here an enjoyable experience. The leasing office staff is helpful and responsive. Putting these things together with the convenient location, I dont think you can beat it.

Verified Renter Weve been moved in for a month now and are very happy. The complex is clean, and takes pride in its appearance. We also feel very safe here as you have to use a fob to get into most amenities as well as the building. The location is WONDERFUL as we are close to so much but still tucked away! Our apartment is beautiful; all the appliances and upgrades show The James truly cares about its residents.
