Tria was such a delight to work with. She had such a great energy and realism about her that we were excited to continue our house hunt, despite a few upsets. We trusted that her advise and insights were genuine and in our best interests. She helped us through the sale process in a much more hands-on way than we were used to. Joe Carbone is one of the best agents that my wife and I have had the pleasure to work with we lived in Florida and was moving to Georgia when we would see a house we liked he would go and video it and post it to a web sight for us to view he works tirelessly to help make the transition go great if I was to sell again there is no doubt who I would use

Talking about putting the "Y" in Yes...Tria has a gift with people and she knows the market well. I trust her because everything she does is carefully thought out and planned. Business owner, a hard sell and extremely meticulous with above average knowledge of the market which was unacceptable to most realtors. I worked with Joe on an acquisition and was simply amazed and pleasantly surprised. He is a real person and goes to the mat for his clients. Never a fan of realtors as a whole as they are mostly arrogant and lazy, Joe, well he goes to work for you . . . 100% the go to guy in Fayette and Atlanta markets

Laura is very helpful and very responsive. She is knowledgeable about the realestate in several areas (my area is Villa Rica) If you tell her what you want she is sure to find it! She is very friendly and has great communication skills! I will Definitely Be using her for any more real-estate needs I have!
