Food was so blah. Drinks were ok. Definitely not what I expected
It’s a lovely castle and I guess and ok place to tour. But lawd never work here the staff will seem so nice until they treat their employees who actually worked hard and love their job like crap. And let petty opinions get in the way . But they do have nice drinks ;) also never pay for a cheap tour when you can look around the grounds for free.
Not worth the money for a tour 😞😞…save your money and walk around…

Was in there this past Sunday. The food and service were horrible. $20 for a hamburger that was dry and hard as a rock. People should not waste their money on a gimmicky castle.
Very awful restaurant management. Will not accommodate our reservation. Asking for two tables of 8, but that’s too much to ask for. It’s for a wedding lunch with several out of state guests. They care more about money to force us to book a private room that costs astronomical amounts. Extremely disappointing mamagement that has no customer service skills. Would never recommend and will never go here.
RecommendedI agree it’s a great place for a wedding. They need to have boundaries though. I spent entire weekend there this year celebrating our 30th anniversary and a wedding party took over the hotel lobby on a Friday night. Couldn’t walk through at all. Very loud until about 12:30 am. Couldn’t even sleep in my room due to the noise. They even pulled the fire alarm around midnight. Got nasty with everyone when asked to stay in the reception hall and keep doors shut.
