I was traveling from out of town earlier today, as a social media influencer, and called them to ask if I could film with drone footage… and they declined the offer… sadly to say…… I could have brought much business and even video footage to their business. I was kind, not rude, even asked to film areal footage from a distance and they denied the offer…. Poor business marketing if you ask me…
This hotel is not flexible at all. I received a COvid diagnosis days before our planned trip and tried to reschedule for another date and they would not accommodate the request. I wasn’t asking for a refund - just to reschedule when I was not contagious. I was looking forward to staying there but WILL NOT reschedule. Poor customer service.
the food was simply a nightmare......after 40 minutes they cam out and said the steaks had to be redone, when they brought them out eventually they had mixed up the one medium well with the one medium rare. The Casyle itself is interesting, the restaurant is simply bad.
I think the food wasn’t worth the price. There was a Wedding which took away from the fun of the dinner because they were right in room by the area we were having dinner. It was my husbands birthday and it was just loud.
When our reservations were made we were assured that a dietary restriction was no problem. We requested a gluten free dinner for two of our party of four. When our meals were served we were served vegetarian plates. Neither of us is vegetarian. When we questioned being served totally vegetarian, we were told that another person attending required vegetarian and at any meal they only made one exception to the normal menu.
