We had a wonderful experience working with Miles on the sale of our home. We needed a quick sale as we had already purchased a new house in a different state. He assisted us in decision-making and was also helpful in taking care of details like the home inspection after receiving an offer of sale. We had already moved and couldn't really help much with setting up repairs or appointments at that point. Miles was always professional and got the job done efficiently for us!

Bottom line: Miles sold our house in the winter for a January closing. The house was a standard builder house about 25 years old in a nice neighborhood in Batavia. It was in great shape, well maintained, and many upgrades, but the kitchen and family room were oddly configured. Gina is immediately likeable and personable. She is knowledgeable of the area and homes on the market and she works hard to negotiate the best deal. We are extremely pleased to have worked with her and pleased with our experience. We will be using her to sell our house as well.
Miles was on the ball the entire time. We had a couple curve balls come our way but he reacted quickly and appropriately. The seller had agreed to a closing date and attempted to break the contract. Miles insisted that they keep their word and with the lawyer he recommended we were able to close on the house at the agreed upon date.
Julie was extremely responsive to me requests and did a great job negotiating the purchase price of my new house. Julie also attended the home inspection, coordinated with the attorneys and was present at the closing. Everything went off without a hitch.
Gina was a top notch real estate agent. We were first time home buyers and Gina was constantly sending us homes that met our needs and were within budget. She was very responsive and either had and answer or was able to connect us with someone who had the answer to any question. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a house in the western suburbs
