Gina is fantastic! So incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the area - very comforting for first time home buyers who have no experience with searching for properties. She was always available to talk, responds quickly and had great recommendations for any questions we had.
Matt and his team were great to work with from beginning to end. Matt knew exactly how to price our home and why. He was great helping us navigate the inspection negotiations and was a huge part in helping us with repairs. I also thoroughly enjoyed working with Katie, the transaction coordinator.:) she was very responsive and knowledgeable up to and past our closing date.

Matt Kombrink was very easy to work with and made the process of selling our home easier than we could have expected. He had the appropriate market knowledge to price our home to sell and we were able to go into contract within a week of listing. Would definitely recommend !

The most efficient and professional realtors I have worked with. The pre-sale staging and advice really worked - sold my home in four days! During the sale and through the closing I was well informed. I chose the other organizations they recommended to speed through the closing process and mortgage approval for my next home.
Great help with the buying process, was available anytime throughout the day to contact. Once we had found the home we wanted, he informed us on a bunch of key things to look for and be aware of like remodeling tips and foundation checks. Even went out of his way to re-hook up a gutter piece during closing day, small things like that go a long way and it shows that he cares about his clients and wants the best for them at all times!
Working with Gina was outstanding. She was able to show us a house on a very short notice and it's the house we ended up buying. Gina has a wealth of experience and great contacts. We used her recommended attorney, home inspector, and handyman which made the process so much easier. She is very responsive and easy to work with.
