Miles listened to our wants and needs and was able to help us find a great house in a great location. He was willing to go the extra mile and kept an eye on new homes popping up. Included in our fees was a session with a stager who gave us some very helpful advice. Our house sold three days after we out it on the market for more than our asking price! Matt was super helpful with coordinating vendors as well. Our normal plumber was unavailable for a last minute item that popped up on a home inspection, Matt suggested one who came the same day and resolved our issue. Great team!!!
