Miles is a very talented Subject Matter Expert in his field. After a nightmarish encounter with a not so knowledgeable agent from a different firm dropped the ball on the sale of my Mom's house in Elmhurst, I knew I wanted him to represent me with the sale of my Townhouse. His expertise is readily available, he provides analysis based on facts and trends, and offered excellent council through the entire process. If I could have selected 6 stars...or 16, I would have. Our initial meeting with Miles was for a foreclosed property listed by the realty company. After that property didn't work out, we continued with Miles as our realtor. Miles was great! He was very attentive to our needs and concerns. He is very knowledgeable about the market and home improvement which was a bonus for us as we were looking to buy a home priced lower needing home improvements. We closed this week! We will use Miles services again to sell our current home.
Chris was great to work with and the whole team provided great advice to have a quick sale on my house. Their team was responsive to questions and concerns that I had throughout both the listing and negotiation processes.

I contacted Miles to list a property I wished to sell. He provided a thorough market analysis which showed the property was worth more than I thought. Miles listed the property and it sold in less than 24 hours. The second property sold even faster. The entire team moved through the sale process in a efficient and professional manner. I would not hesitate to use this agency again in the future.
It was great working with Gina on the recent sale of my home, and the purchase of my new one. I knew from the beginning that she was invested in making sure that I found the right buyer for my home, and the perfect place new place. Gina was so knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions, and make sound recommendations every step of the way. Moving is definitely stressful, but Gina helped make the process much easier to navigate, and I also feel like I made a friend in the process.
Gina was very professional and flexible during our search. She did an outstanding job listening to what we were looking for in a home, community and school. Because of her hard work we found the right home for our family. She even went the extra mile during our relocation taking some of the burden of relocating off of our plate.
Miles was always available to show or answer questions and provide information when needed. I purchased a Short Sale and he walked me through the steps. When walking through a home if I questioned anything he gave me helpful information. When I questioned homes that had things to be addressed he was helpful with resources.
Gina has been there for us on separate occasions when we were thinking about selling our home. She was a counselor and friend throughout. When we finally decided to make the move, we called her and once again she was responsive and patient with us throughout the process. Julie and Matt were very helpful and responsive. I worked mostly with Julie and she was great. We saw several properties and Julie spent as much time with me as I needed. She also joined me in the home inspection. I would recommend her to anyone.
