It was a pleasure working with Matt and his team. He is extremely knowledgeable in additional to being fun to work with. He is very professional and responsive regarding any questions or issues that arise. We were having a difficult time selling our unique home, so we decided to give a new realtor a try. Had a great experience with Chris Lobrillo and his team with our recent home purchase. Wow, just closed this morning on the sale of my home. I'll be the first to admit, my home wasn't the easiest and we had some challenegs. Matt and team pulled through for us though and got our home staged and prices right. Took a while more than I anticipated bit we finally sold. So so pleased with everything. Very professional group and easy to put my trust in them to get the job done.
