Miles did a great job helping us find our very first home. He was very responsive and helpful when making our offer and throughout negotiations. The whole team at Kombrink Lobrillo was great at keeping us updated on our process throughout our time working with them.
You guys did a stellar job, what can I say? After trying to sell this home myself for 2 years you guys got it done. It wasn't easy but Matt was a true lifesaver and got me out from under this. Told me what I needed to hear, not what I wanted to hear.
Matt and his team did a solid job getting our townhome sold. Very courteous and professional. His team even brought the buyer which surprised me. They're the real deal!

Matt said he would get it sold in 90 days and he did. He and his team helped us along the way, connecting us to needed services to get the house sell ready. We received weekly communications at minimum. I would highly recommend their services!
Miles listened to our wants and needs and was able to help us find a great house in a great location. He was willing to go the extra mile and kept an eye on new homes popping up. We were able to negotiate a good deal and he was patient and very attentive during this time. The details worked out smoothly and we didn't have to worry. Included in our fees was a session with a stager who gave us some very helpful advice. Our house sold three days after we out it on the market for more than our asking price! Matt was super helpful with coordinating vendors as well. Our normal plumber was unavailable for a last minute item that popped up on a home inspection, Matt suggested one who came the same day and resolved our issue. Great team!!!
