They did a great job for us in all phases . A very smooth process. Niles help in negotiating the time and date of closing plus the inclusion of certain documents that were not part of the original agreement saved us thousands of dollars.
Miles was exceedingly patient with us. He listened to our special needs. He was always available, and had good communication. I would hire him again and would recommend him to a friend.

I consider myself luck to have had Matt as my realtor. He showcased my home beautifully and got me more than I thought it was worth (don't twll the buyers!). My neighbor referred me to Matt and was adamant about his expertise and helpful staff. Matts a likeable guy and the analysis he did seemed very thorough. His group does a lot online to get buyers in the door. Don't quite understand it all but it worked. Had a good deal of people through before it finally sold. Very professional and courteous and easy to get ahold of. When it came down to getting the deal done Miles went to bat and won it for us. Even when we thought we were going to lose the deal Miles made it happen.
Michelle took us to view approximately 50 houses during our house search. She was patient and attentive throughout the entire process. I would work with her again in a heartbeat!
