Having used The Kombrinks a few times over the years I can tell you their top notch service is consistent. I've had the pleasure to talk with most of their team and everyone really goes above and beyond to help. There's a genuine personal interest an it shows! Most recently Matt helped me find a home in Elburn and the whole transaction went well, no hiccups. I can't aay enougb about this bunch!

I got to hand to Matt and team for selling my home. After a frustrating stretch with TWO other agents, I gave Matt a try. Third times a charm right? Well it was in my case. Everything Matt and his team did to sell my house was top of the line and my previous agents couldn't come close to his marketing. I was honestly surprised when I got a call with an offer. His team made me feel important and took a load off my plate. Easier than I thought it would be :)

Matt was a pleasure to work with. He seems like a genuinely nice guy with a sincere interest in helping people move on. His ratings on Zillow are actually what prompted me to cotact him. His advice on pricing and staging my home worked as it sold in no time. And hats off to his team, especially Pam, she was wonderful in getting everything done so we could close on time without too much hassle. Saw The Kombrink signs all over my town so when it came time to sell I gave them a go. I found Matt and his staff to be very professional and they knew what thy were doing. Their track record speaks for itself. Lucky for me my home sold quickly and I think I owe it to the marketin blitz they did to get people in the door. Overall I was quite happy and would definitely recommend them.

The Kombrink Team helped with my real estate needs and I was very pleased. I tried to sell a few years ago and after being unsuccessful, we rented the property out for a couple years. They helped me find a renter and even managed the property for me as I'm out of state. This year we have it another try and they sold it. I'm very happy with the experience of this team of professionals and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
Matt came very highly recommended from a co-worker and I must say, I was not disappointed. The analysis he prepared was very thorough and the marketing strategy seemed aggressive. I was very pleased with the photography and write up they did of my home. Everything they did to get buyers in the house was quality. Frankly, it sold faster than I had anticipated and overall the process went very smooth. Hats off to my co-worker and I see why she gave such a glowing recommendation.
If you want a real go-getter, give Matt and his team a call. We did our research when it came time to downsize and found Matt when looking for a competent agent in Geneva. He was very easy to ge in touch with, very knowledgable about the area and even showed us the best Mexican restaurant in town! We could not have been more pleased.
