Cory Jones of Kombrink was excellent. He had a knowledge of the entire real estate process because he had worked in all aspects of the process. Also, our agent grew up here and had a lot of knowledge of the local neighborhoods and schools. I felt that our agent was extremely responsive to our needs and had the patience to find us the perfect home for our family within our budget.
We initially listed our home with another local realtor. After 17 months with numerous showings but no offers, we switched to Matt Kombrink with RE/MAX Excels. I don't think it is a coincidence that we had 2 offers within 60 days and closed on the sale within 90 days of listing the property with Matt. He and his team have the marketing prowess that gave us the exposure we needed. I highly recommend him!
Matt has helped us find homes in the Fox Valley area and is a very professional and friendly agent. Loved working with him!
We needed to get into a new house quickly and Miles didn't quit until he found us one and then helped us to get it to close asap. Next time we are looking for a new home I know who I'm going to call
They did sell our home quickly, however communication was lacking. Never even heard from them before walk through or before closing. This will be our 3rd real estate transaction this year. Attorney recommendation comes with a catch that we did not expect. Had we known this we would not have used and paid extra title fees.

She came off pretty strong. When I had originally called, I was told that they would have someone meet me on Friday afternoon. They put me in contact with Gina who was too busy Friday and Saturday. When I asked if anyone in her office was available, she said they were all busy. She sent nice listings, but came off really pushy. My close friend is my broker and he wanted me to have a few first showings before I got my preapproval letter so I wouldn’t feel obligated to buy immediately. Extremely poor service, I was told that they would call me back to confirm a showing to the hose I was interested in seeing, never heard back. Nobody there wants to be there working or they simply don't like their job. They just wasted my time by giving me the runaround, finally when I call them they said for me to call someone else because their listing was too far from their office. What a Joke for a business...
Matt Kombrink was the listing agent for our house that was sold as part of an out-of-state employer relocation. Although there was significant interest in the house and it ultimately sold very quickly, the Kombrink Team’s process needs much improvement.
