I signed with Cory Jones on the Kombrink Team for the sale of my fathers house which could not have gone more smoothly. The house had a full price offer in one week and closed within 2 months. I interviewed two separate Realtors in Batavia before deciding to go with Cory and although both suggested the same listing price, Cory seemed much more of a tech-savvy, go-getter and understood my need for a quick sale. We had a fantastic experience working with the Kombrink team! This is the second home that we've purchased with the help of Cory from the Kombrink team and he's extremely responsive and quick to arrange showings. He allows you to view the home at your own pace with pestering you or inundating you with useless information that may or may not pertain to your interests. Kombrink team went out of their way to holp us find the right house. We changed our minds on the area several time and they worked with us to find the right house. They helped us rent our current house. The team is very professional and I would recommend this team to everyone.
