We put Matt through the ringer. Seriously, roughly 15months worth of ringing. We moved from WI requesting a rental until we could find 'the one' and buy. Matt accomodated the rental fairly quickly, however my wife and I could not align on what locale(s) to focus. We jumped all over the place (sorry Matt). matt had listed a home we purchased in 2007. We were impressed with how he worked without realtor. Our realtor had worked with Matt in the industry for many years and had only high praise for him. Mark helped me find a house. He was very patient and showed me a wide range of houses in a very wide geographic area to allow me to narrow down the choices. He took the time and never made us feel rushed. When I chose a house Mark walked us through the process explaining all the steps involved. He even helped me find a handyman for repairs.
