Kelley and Mark Sannita of the Kombrink team are amazing! They helped us find our first home and made the experience wonderful. Matt and his team were extremely knowledgeable and effective. We had another realtor before finding them. We had only 15 showings in 9 months with the other realtor. With Matt and his team - we sold our house in 6 weeks. Not sure why he was so much more effective -but he just seemed to get people through the door to look at your home. We put Matt through the ringer. Seriously, roughly 15months worth of ringing. We moved from WI requesting a rental until we could find 'the one' and buy. Matt accomodated the rental fairly quickly, however my wife and I could not align on what locale(s) to focus. We jumped all over the place (sorry Matt). I only hope the posh commish compensated (and then some) for the gas/mileage. Hopefully there was some left over for the family and therapist. We must have drove him nuts.
