Though the price... (Verified Renter) Though the price is on target for the area/ market, it is a little bit older for the amount asked for. My biggest complaint would be neighbors (beyond your control, I understand) and the "leaky" windows that allow a lot of cold in or AC out.

(Verified Renter) Very clean, great maintenance service especially, very happy after the outsides of the apartment buildings were repainted, consistent and reliable trash valet as well. Just take out the speed bumps - ha! One of the other nice things is that none of my delivered packages have ever been stolen, I encountered this problem at previous apartment complexes.

It is apparent the buildings are older which is compensated with a competitive price. I appreciate the promptness of them addressing service and maintenance issues. Overall I am very happy I just would have thought the apartment would have been up to par before moving in.

(Verified Renter) Over the course of my living experience (11 years) in The Landings, I have had carbon monoxide in my apartment (due to water heater), non-working washer/drier for months before receiving new one (after maintenance not being able to fix old one), broken a/c and heater in hot and cold seasons. The location is... (Verified Renter) The location is great and has a lot of neat features. One thing other locations had was a larger gym which is important to us. I think the staff is working hard to keep improving upon the community. The neighbors are nice and have not had any issues with safety. Overall we are very pleased.
The complex is... (Verified Renter) The complex is absolutely beautiful! We got a great price on an apartment that is going to fit our needs. I did not like that there were no light fixtures in the bedrooms and the application they had me sign was out of date. The application clearly stated that spouses only needed to fill out one application and on the second page the application clearly states that the application fee would be credited towards the security dropout. Other van that my husband and I were very pleased.
When you come... (Verified Renter) When you come into The Landings of Brentwood, it feels like you are home, in a safe, beautiful space outside the busy Nashville hustle, but know that so much is so near. So far, as a four year resident, other residents are all respectful and courteous. I love the "Woodland" feel of the property.
Landings has everything... (Verified Renter) Landings has everything that we need to make our stay here very pleasant and we are very happy that we chose Landings as the ideal place to live for our past 6+ years
We had some... (Verified Renter) We had some maintenance and bad pest issues in the beginning but the manager was very willing to help and our issues are mostly solved! Maintenance requests can sometimes take up to a week, but overall the apartment is nice and we feel safe and at home!
