The normal tenant... (Verified Renter) The normal tenant doesn?t have much interaction with the office and maintenance requests are submitted electronically, so automatically they would have a different experience than we did. If I knew someone looking in the area, I would certainly suggest they take a look at the community and consider it among their other options.

I would recommend... (Verified Renter) I would recommend it because you guys take good care of the community. The main pool just has small spots with mold but other than that, it's a beautiful place to live in.

(Verified Renter) Gorgeous landscaping, lots of amenities, homely apartments (not the typical apartment feel), nice pool area, however, all that said I wasn't sure if their were many families staying there with young children and I need a place with lots of kids so my young son has opportunities to socialise. Beautiful Place! These apartments are in the most beautiful wooded setting. They are older but seem to be kept up well. We saw both styles and although we prefer the wood floors the older unit was still very nice. These apartments are definitely on our short list for when we move next year.

Love it!! My husband and I moved here from out of town and we had to book our apartment before getting to see it in person. I could not be more happy with our decision!! The property is so beautiful! It is sort of a cross between a resort and a really nice camp ground. There are lots of trees and the apartments are spread out to provide a very peaceful setting. Love the Landings! This place is really wonderful! I've been a resident for about a year and the new management company and staff is super friendly, professional and on it! I have had nothing but a positive experience here. The new management company is top notch and really care about their residents. I have had needs and they have attended to them super fast. I have enjoyed living here and would recommend it for sure!
