The first year... (Verified Renter) The first year I lived here was wonderful. This second year, seems things are falling through the crack and I am not sure why. My rent is always on time and I am on good terms with the office and the maintenance personnel. So, it's a real mystery to me what might be going on.

The apartment community... (Verified Renter) The apartment community is good and the lease office personale are very good in treating our requests. We hope the community maintains and improves the amenities for the renters. I surely recommend for my friends and family.
Overall we had... (Verified Renter) Overall we had a nice experience at the landings. The buildings are old, as we didn't have a renovated unit but with updates I'm sure its very nice. The switch from owners was very messy but the new office management seemed to be fairly easy to work with.

The apartments are... (Verified Renter) The apartments are spacious,the surrounding is very clean and quiet. No loud noise. Have not been to the pool or other areas yet but from a distance it looks great.
The updated apartments... (Verified Renter) The updated apartments are very nice and spacious. The only complaint I would have would be I have had to call the office a couple times about an animal in the flew and my air currently doesn't work. The office staff was nice but seemed to just my maintenance request off.
