Though there were... (Verified Renter) Though there were a couple of small issues, I still enjoyed living there! A well kept community, with a very friendly staff! Though I would probably tell them to check into buying instead of renting because the rent prices are extremely high!

I had considered... (Verified Renter) I had considered moving out when Venterra was managing this property. Flooding caused us to move from one apartment to another. After a divorce I moved to my current apartment and it was beautiful until water damage, clogged sinks and other drains, water heater flooding, etc. and Venterra offered a fan to dry the carpets. Hidden Gem I am really enjoying my living experience at The Landings of Brentwood! It is quiet and surrounded by trees and nature. I am centrally located to everything. I am enjoying the Franklin downtown day and nightlife! It is reasonably priced compared to the others apartments that I tour. I feel n love the minute I drove into the property and saw how it made ma feel like I was not in the city. I am happy that I found the Landings!
great location poor maintenance The location is great. A mall and plenty of restaurants right around the corner. Downtown franklin is 5 minute drive, Nashville is 15 minutes. The units are older and need constant maintenance. They have gone through a few maintenance managers in my brief stay.
Great Location! This community is in a great location! You are close to everything! Tucked in between Cool Springs, Franklin, and Brentwood while only being 15 minutes away from downtown Nashville, this community is a great option for anyone looking to live just outside the city limits.
The Landings of Brentwood Large property with nice amenities like 2 pools, tennis courts, dog park, volleyball and fitness center. Property is a large wooded area that makes you feel a little secluded from the city.
Tour - yikes I toured this community and the only thing I can say was good was the property workers. They were all really nice, informative, and hopeful. Unfortunately, the apartment they showed me was riddled with spiders and cobwebs. What's worse is they said they were about to lease the apartment. The gym and second pool looked horrible. The rent price doesn't justify the excuse that they're making changes.
