We live on... (Verified Renter) We live on the bottom floor, and the people above us are very loud in their walking and stomping around. It's VERY bothersome, but what can be done about it? Nothing, if it's before 10:00pm...
I gave this place 5 stars the first couple years. Maintenance is getting progressively worse overall. The staff is fine. The management/ownership just isn't doing much. Things keep getting more expensive. Trash service was $5 a month. It is now $25 a month for a mandatory valet service that leaves bits of trash all over and basically encourages people to leave smelly garbage outside their doors during the day. Progressively getting worse This is one of the worst places to live folks. I love the trees and my view from my balcony but that is where it ends. I get very poor customer service from the office staff. They are nice and say that they will take care of something you need but you have to rant and rave before they do anything. The maintenance department takes weeks to fix something and even then the fix it half way and end up having to come back over and over again. Walk Down Apt After setting up my water, electric and renter's insurance i was handed apartment but it was not at all clean. There were spiders in bathrooms and lot of web. Patio and entrance door was also not cleaned properly and lots of web were there. I was really surprised as how can a leasing office can give apartment to a new tenant without cleaning it up.
