Sucky maintenance and management I live here and I don’t recommend. We’ve had problem after problem with our apartment and it’s supposed to be the “renovated” one. We waited 5 days for a new hot water heater. And are on day 5 for them to even come look at our washer, staff and management puts us off when we call them or go to the office. Whatever manager I talked to today was rude. they say they will contact you back and you never hear from them. Some of the... (Verified Renter) Some of the reasons I would NOT recommend this apartment community is... The stairway and entry way needs to be power washed, it's very dirty with years of stains.My front door is atrocious, I have to almost sit on the floor to use my toilet. And my tub has chunks broken out of it and the tile is really gross.

The mistake made... (Verified Renter) The mistake made on the wrong sink being unstopped,I don't feel had anything to do with the maintenance person but everything to do with who took the maintenance request.
I understand this... (Verified Renter) I understand this is a large apartment complex with many units, however, the two maintenance requests I have submitted (one for a sudden power outage on one wall and one for sudden lack of hot water) each took over a week before we were ever visited by anyone from the maintenance department. Base on maintenance... (Verified Renter) Base on maintenance only, I would not recommend. My first request was completely ignored and then my second was done a week later and not fixing half of the problem. Plus this is the 5th time I tried leaving a review and it fails every time.
