We offered to... (Verified Renter) We offered to pay six months in advance we lived her 15 months in the last year always paying on time but in having to fill out a new credit plannwe failed In Our credit we wanted to live at the landings again we were better then great tenants but based on our good paying it didn't matter as now our creit showed bad on paper it's not really fair to our history with the landings

It is a... (Verified Renter) It is a great location. Quiet. Pretty grounds. The one bedrooms are small. Really made for a 20 yr old which is not always conducive for older tenants. My main issue is SPIDER WEBS. Everywhere. I think I finally have control now but it was not fun driving to work and a spider was in my jacket. Other issue is the charging of $20 when paying rent. My paydays are not bi weekly bit 2x a month. I cannot set up auto pay due to that. I feel that I always use portal and pay on time. That should allow me ... read more

The apt. Is... (Verified Renter) The apt. Is very nice and spacious. There is a lingering odour though. The heat was not fixed to my satisfaction. The heat is not evenly distributed throughout the apartment. There are still some vents not getting any heat.

Nice-looking property, but... (Verified Renter) Nice-looking property, but I HATE being forced to pay someone to take my garbage out for me. It is ludicrous and a complete waste of my money. Also, there needs to be a sign that informs everyone that a drive already in the roundabout has the right of way. People are speeding through the roundabout and I have nearly been hit several times.

Worst Apartment I lived in The Apartment ventilation are so poor, the master bedroom doesn't heat up or cool down. Raised the complaint throughout the 2 years i lived in, the answer you get is cannot do anything about that In summer i lived in upper 80's, used my own personal heaters in the winter. During winter the apartment gets extremely cold lot of gaps between the door which makes it very very cold. Please stay away from the apartment if you have children, conditions inside the apartment far from ideal for their health ... read more

I have left... (Verified Renter) I have left previous messages at the office with questions, that I have never received a call back on. I am not sure if it’s a matter of being understaffed, but every call at least deserves a call back.

I would not... (Verified Renter) I would not there are far to many spiders and other creepy crawlers !! Maintance has quick fixed every problem instead of taking the time to properly fix stuff . After several request things got done .

$25 / mo.... (Verified Renter) $25 / mo. for trash pickup. Would have been ok if I was given a choice. Too many add'l fees not included in what the stated rent would. Convience fee???
