My living room... (Verified Renter) My living room window dpes not shut properly and allows colder air to get in. Maintenance tried to fix it this summer and said it should not have passed inspection before I moved in.

DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!!! Do yourself a favor and DO NOT MOVE IN HERE. Please, trust me, it is not worth it. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Wasp infested, spider infested, mouse infested. Absolutely the worst place I have ever called home. There were spiders EVERYWHERE. I would find them somewhere almost every single day. The bedroom layouts... (Verified Renter) The bedroom layouts are terrible because you can hear too much of your nrighbors. I have a great view overlooking the hills that is ruined because of noise all hours of the day.

There are a... (Verified Renter) There are a lot of families and I am looking for a place with more young professionals and less children. There were also a substantial amount of spiders all over the apartment. It was like they were in the walls and they would appear when we cleaned or moved things around.

The HVAC unit... (Verified Renter) The HVAC unit has been a problem since I moved in back in January. there is no air flowing into my bathroom. even after the unit was replaced there are still issues. Does every other unit have to have multiple fans to attempt to cool down their apartment?

Maintenance service request fixing is too bad I am a current resident in Landings of Brentwood. I got some friends here. The community has a nice ambience and decent facilities. So I moved here. But leasing people are just hopeless. If you are okay to get your apartment issue fixed in 1-2 months, you are welcome to stay here. They don’t even respond properly. The beautiful grounds... (Verified Renter) The beautiful grounds make you feel appreciated as a tenant here, that being said, it is not equally distributed through out the property. As in Moores Court , no grass, no plants like on the drive in! And I still get all the dirt/soil on my patio from all the water of rain or sprinklers! I was told that this would be corrected...about six months ago. Thank you!

(Verified Renter) We offered to pay six months in advance we lived her 15 months in the last year always paying on time but in having to fill out a new credit plannwe failed In Our credit we wanted to live at the landings again we were better then great tenants but based on our good paying it didn't matter as now our creit showed bad on paper it's not really fair to our history with the landings
