Dr Joseph and his team are amazing! I came into the office with 20/400 (at best) and a day after surgery I'm 20/15! Everything was clearly explained prior to and during the surgery. If you're thinking about getting Lasik, this is the place to go!
I was treated with the best of customer service from day one . Ask questions , They don’t mind answering them . Ask about the cost and know what you are paying for . They don’t mind going over and over with you , until your satisfied. The actual surgery for me , was less than 15 min for both eyes , So about 7 min per eye . They walk you through every step . I received great service here! Immediately after the surgery I had no pain! Woke up the next morning with 20/15 vision (better than perfect) and didn't even have dry eyes! Very friendly and helpful staff!
Now I can see 20/20! Very happy with my experience and thankful for Jinga, Dr.McKenzie, and Dr.Joseph for making the process so easy!
