Went in for an enhancement to the Dallas location. It is clear that the doctors/staff really focus on the patient. They were very concerned with all aspects of the procedure, maintained professionalism, and work hard to give patients the best care. If I could give them 100/100 stars, I would! Very pleased!
I’ve seen and heard a lot of “cattle drive” from others but really it’s streamlined. Yes you wait your turn, but when you have the attention of the techs, nurses, or doctor, you can drive the conversation. All my questions, no matter how small were answered. My friend went through fist and let me know what it was like, so perhaps I had a better expectation. An absolute excellent experience. I was just happy to wear glasses and now that I have had LASIK, I can’t believe I didn’t do this sooner!! Excellent staff, I recommend the Lasik Vision Institute to everyone!
