RecommendedThe experience was great at The Vision Institute. From the customer service at front counter to he Doc who performed the surgery. My vision was 20/400 when I came and Now its 20/15 better thanks 20/20. They staff make you feel at home and that helps with the nervousness that come when doing a procedure like this. So thanks to Jigna, Tress, Maria, Ann, Dr McKenzie & Dr Joseph. If your think about doing this surgery this office will take care of your. I totally recommend this office for your procedure.

RecommendedI got my eyes treated with LASIK 6 yrs ago. I drive 4 hours for my annual exam, not because I HAVE to, but because I WANT to. The people at the Dallas location are very patient-oriented and care a great deal for each person who walks through their doors. I have NEVER experienced a single episode of poor customer service.
