Verified Renter I love that it’s pretty quiet here. The amenities are nice. And the maintenance honestly is my favorite. I’ve not have many needs but anytime I’ve submitted a work order then have been completed quickly. Manuel and Darwin (I believe is his name) are truly top tier!!! I really love it here. Now in the hotter months I’ve had problems with mosquitoes. But I’m sure it’s because I live close by a clearing. That’s my only grievance.

Verified Renter When I first moved here it was great and then things started to go downhill after Kalaya left. Management doesn't want to be bothered with residents. They don't communicate well and it's like you are just another number. I don't think this is a bad place to leave but the amenities could be better, Management needs improvement and the area in office where residents used to the computer needs improvement as well

Verified Renter The experience was cool, can’t complain. The apartment is nice and the management is decent to communicate with.The maintenance nice workers and respond in a timely manner. My only two complaints is the roaches and the valet trash, even after pest control I Still battle with the roaches and valet trash services just aren’t good, especially when you have to pay for it lol.
